Recipe
Barley and Bean Soup
1 cup green beans (chopped)
½ cup barley
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
½ onion (chopped)
1 carrot (chopped)
¼ cup tomato puree
1 tsp Italian herbs seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
Add all the vegetables, barley and tomato puree and salt with 5 cups of water in a pressure cooker. After 10 whistles, put off the heat. Season with Italian herbs and pepper.
