She recently took to her Instagram to share moments from her 10-day trek. Jyotika along with her friend went on a girl’s trip to Mount Everest where they climbed the Grand Summit Kala Pathar, which is considered to be one of the most challenging hikes in the Everest region with an altitude of 18,514 ft, once again setting the bar high. In her last reel, she shared her overall experience of the trek whilst also thanking the people who helped her on the journey.
“From the Sunny days to the chill freezing nights,
From the steeps climbs to the slippery falls.
From the weakness and medicines to the strength and grit,
From the constipation to the diarrhoea,
From the hot water flask to the cold sleeping bag,
From the laughters to the confusions ,
From the black jack games to the white snow storm,
From the ginger tea to the garlic soups,
From the toilet paper to the nuts we shared.
From the paintings we bought to the real hues we witnessed,
From the most pristine sunrises to the most magical sunsets –
All will always remain a memory in my heart !
We, my soldier friend have truly overcome a Himalayan task!!!

She has also shared a few glimpses from EBC (Everest Base Camp) in an adorable reel. The reel consisted of fun compilations of pictures and videos from their overall itinerary including their stay, duo dancing amidst the woods and much more heart-warming moments.

After the success of her previous film Shaitaan , Jyotika is gearing up for her next film alongside Rajkummar Rao, Srikanth which will be based on the life of Srikanth Bolla. She will also be seen in Netflix’s Dabba Cartel which has a stellar cast Shabana Azmi, Jyotika, Shalini Pandey, Sai Tamhankar, Nimisha Sajayan, Anjali Anand, Gajraj Rao, Jisshu Sengupta and others.
