Herby Pesto Maggi adds an Italian twist to Maggi. Cook Maggi with tomatoes, chopped onions and Bell peppers. Add Pesto sauce and fry in the wok. You can make your own Pesto sauce, but store bought sauce works too. Now, you need to make Maggi in a separate wok. Take the pesto and vegetables mix and add it to the Maggi in the pan. Use a generous amount of herbs of your choice. Garnish with Parsley and serve!

Masala Maggi Tikki

This is quite a task, but the recipe is so filling. Make Maggi as usual and set aside. You will need onions, carrots, potatoes, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, biscuit powder and bread crumbs. Prepare the vegetables by grating and boiling them. Add cooked Maggi to the vegetable mixture and add coriander leaves and ginger garlic paste. Use a bit of oil to bind them together and roll them into balls. Flatten them out and coat them in a mix of biscuit powder and bread crumbs. Fry them in oil and serve with tomato ketchup.
