Shows And Movies You Can Watch On OTT This Weekend!

We are a month away from this year’s end and a lot of movies and shows have come and gone. Some released at the theaters to roaring success while some thoroughly disappointed their fans. Every week, nonetheless, new movies and shows are released that offer you an escape into their fictional world. Some are light hearted watches, some tackle serious issues and some are just plain entertainers. Here is a list of movies you can watch on OTT this weekend.

Leo – Netflix
Vijay, Trisha, Arjun, Sanjay Dutt, Gautham Vasudev Menon, and many stars starrer Leo released on October 19 for the Pooja holiday weekend. The mega-multistarrer became a part of LCU and went on to be one of the highest grossers of the year in Tamil cinema. It streams in five languages in India from November 24 and all over the globe from November 28 on Netflix.

Chithha –  Disney+ Hotstar
This movie is not for the faint-hearted; watch it for the performances, the social issues it talks about, and the message it sends out. Starring Siddharth, Nimisha Sajayan, Sahasra Sree, and Anjali Nair, the plot revolves around the uncle played by Siddharth and the lengths he goes to save his niece.


The Village – Amazon Prime
Arya marks his OTT debut with the horror thriller series The Village, which has been directed by Milind Rau. The series is inspired by the eponymous novel written by Asvin Srivatsangam, Vivek Rangachari, and Shamik Dasgupta.  It is a zombie horror thriller show revolving around a mysterious village. It was released on November 24 on Amazon Prime Video. 

Demon -Aha
A critically acclaimed horror film based on true events. It premiered on November 24. Demon is directed by Ramesh Pazhaniivel and stars Sachnin, Aparnathi, and Suruthi Periyasamy. The story is about a young filmmaker who rents an abandoned apartment in a city and is haunted by horrific dreams. He is surrounded by thoughts of his dreams and all the mysterious events that happen in it.

Pulimada – Netflix
Malayalam movie Pulimada, starring Aishwarya Rajesh and Joju George is a thriller movie.The movie is set in the backdrop of a wedding ruined by the news of a man-eating tiger let loose. Pulimada is directed by A.K. Sajan and the film came to OTT on November 23 on Netflix.
