
6. Face one fear: There must be at least one fear within you and you can do something or the other to erase it off forever. For example, if your fear is heights, go for a trekking to the top of a mountain or go paragliding. If you’re scared of insects, just shoo away one of the scariest ones or if you’re scared of darkness to go lock yourself in a dark room and just lie down. It’s all a part of an adrenaline rush. So we might as well just do it.
