The Pont Neuf, Paris

Move over the clichéd Eiffel tower and walk down to the historic Pont Neuf Bridge. Don’t go by the name which means the new bridge,  it was built way back in the 16th century. It’s the oldest bridge that stands  on Seine and has been a meeting point for lovers for over five centuries. What more would you need than a beautifully lit evening which overlooks a shade of gold created by the setting sun,  and a spot which has witnessed thousands of lovers fulfil their romantic dreams!
