Meena Bazaar Spokesperson and RCCian Sanjay Bhansali says that, “Since its inception in 1994; RCC , a Non Profit Social Organization has embarked upon a novel project, 'Cloth Bank' with the goal of 'Restoring human dignity by providing free clothing to all.’ More than 20 lakh individuals have benefited through various schemes. The beneficiaries include orphanages, destitute homes, leprosy homes, hospitals for the mentally ill, Bal Bhavans, old age homes and students from rural areas. Relief services for victims of natural calamities such as floods, fires, tsunami, etc also form a part of their charitable ventures which are funded by the proceeds generated out of Meena Bazaar.”
