Malayalai Couple Tragically Fall To Their Deaths In USA

They fell to their deaths 800 feet below.

In a tragic turn of events, a Malayali couple who loved to travel together was found dead at California’s Yosemite National Park. Their bodies were discovered on Thursday last week, with reports alleging that they fell 800 feet below a cliff called Taft Point.

Meenakshi Moorthy and Vishnu Vishwanath’s bodies were discovered by park rangers at the park which is known for its breathtaking views and sunsets. The reason for their fall is unknown yet.

The couple studied together at the College of Engineering in Chengannur, Kerala and married in 2014. They moved to New York post their marriage. Six months ago, they relocated to California where Vishnu worked at Cisco Systems in San Jose. Together, they ran a travel blog and Instagram page that had pictures and descriptions of their latest adventure.

Reports state that 10 people have died in the park so far this year. Six of those visitors fell to their deaths.
