Ritika Singh
Wearing an outfit by Taavare Clothing, Ritika Singh really ups her style game here. She looks like an elegant girl-next-door with a tinge of glamour, with the baby pink colour really winning here. Plus, she keeps her natural curly hair in a messy bun that works just fine with the outfit.
Verdict: Hit!
Shruti Haasan
In a sparkly Tarun Tahiliani outfit, Shruti Haasan surely made heads turn. Not only is the colour and the add-on shrug classy, her jewellery and sleek hair makes quite a difference. She wore the outfit for the FIA gala dinner and nice to see that she kept her accessories minimal.
Verdict: Yay!
Kajal Aggarwal
Kajal Aggarwal went from casual to elegant this week. She began with denim and made her way through with a dress going from meh to slay within two Instagram posts. Her first outfit, albeit casual, has her yellow shoes standing out a little more than usual. While the outfit would have been okay but with the two plaits and hoops, it does appear as though she’s trying too hard.
Verdict: Nay
Her pink dress is a revelation though. It’s simple and sans jewellery, makes quite a style statement.
Verdict: Yay!
Amy Jackson
Amy Jackson has never disappointed when it comes to upping her style game. Here, she melds a leather jacket with an otherwise swanky party outfit and still slays, giving it an outdoorsy feel to an otherwise classy dinner. The shoes, however, could’ve been something else. Stilettos perhaps?
Verdict: Yay
Deepika Padukone
Puffy sleeves and a maxi that matches the shoes – Deepika’s outfit is an overflow of black but in a good way. Her caramel brown hair colour with wavy curls makes her otherwise boring outfit quite refreshing. An addition of jewellery, however, would’ve totally worked here.
Verdict: Yay.
