The second look is where you pair the pencil skirt with a printed shirt. This works well for women with small shoulders and broad hips. Here, since the top is going to get busy with print, accessories should be simple and so should the footwear. The third look is where you do the opposite. The top remains solid and the skirt gets a little print. Stripes, checks and small floral look great.
