10 Trends That Ruled 2018!

Runways, weddings, premieres, reality shows, parties and street – fashion is everywhere. 2018 has given us major style goals. Unlike the previous years, this one has been all about functional, comfortable and simple clothing. Shimmer:

We Indians have a fondness for things that glitter, whether it is jewellery, shoes or our clothes. And this year, a lot of shimmer was spotted on Indian festive wear but also party wear. A simple way to carry shimmer is by pairing it with something subdued. It’s a must to keep accessories to a minimum and let the glitter do all the talking. A bright lip colour works wonders with this trend, hence a Ruby Woo or a Hollywood Red are your best bets.

High Waist Jeans:

Jeans are a staple in every wardrobe. The best part about this trend is that it comes in all styles. If you are a skinny jeans lover, then pick a high waist one. If you are fond of the boot cut style, then get your high waist in them. It works with every body type. A high waist will give an illusion of a longer, leaner frame. Bearing this in mind, you can team it up with crop tops or jackets as it goes with about everything.
