Ingredients
- Potato 2 pcs
- Mushroom 50 gms
- Baby corn 50 gms
- Celery 1 tbsp
- Leeks 1 tbsp
- Onion 2 tbsp
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Spring onion 2 tbsp
- Fresh coriander leaves 1 bunch
- Tomato sauce 3 tbsp
- Chili powder 2 tsp
- Soya sauce few drops
- Salt as required
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Cheese for garnishing
How To Make
- Cut and halve the potato into two pieces
- Scoop out the potato, parboil and deep fry it
- Chop all the above vegetables and cook them with the spices
- Stuff the above vegetables into the potato and grate some cheese on top
- Gradinate the potato and serve them hot with salsa and sour cream
