Vignesh Shivan’s next film Thaanaa Serndha Kootam will see Suriya team up Vignesh for the first time. Keerthy Suresh recently bagged the female lead in this heist comedy. Supposedly, Suriya will lose 10 kilos for the film and will be seen in a never before seen look. The shooting for the movie is going on in full swing in Madurai and the looks of the actors are strictly under wraps.
The new addition to the cast in veteran actress Ramya Krishnan. Ms. Krishnan is set to play an important role. Ramya is already working on Kamal’s next Sabash Naidu where she plays the wife of Kamal and mother to Shruti Haasan. She is also busy with Rajamouli’s Bahubali: The Conclusion.
The film also stars RJ Balaji, Senthil and Nirosha. Produced by Gnanavel Raja, the film has music by Anirudh Ravichander. Vignesh has earlier made Simbu’s Poda Podi and Vijay Sethupathi’s blockbuster Naanum Rowdy Than.
