Superstar Rajinikanth and Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan are dear friends and the entire industry knows what a close relationship the two megastars share. Kamal Haasan was recently conferred with the French honor, Chevalier de L’Ordre Arts et Letters (The Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters). Wishes have been pouring in for Kamal Haasan and a special one from Rajini made his heart melt. An overjoyed Rajinikanth took to Twitter to wish his co-star and friend, he wrote in Tamil, ‘I wish this generation’s Chevalier Sivaji and my good friend Kamal Haasan for receiving the prestigious award.’
Sivaji Ganesan, a legendary actor ruled Tamil Cinema for 5 decades and has done more than 300 films in his career. Sivaji was the first Tamil actor to be conferred with the Chevalier award.
