Kamal Hassan’s will be hosting an event on the 29th of April to launch his next movie. The film will be a trilingual which will be made simultaneously in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. Kamal is expected to revive a most loved old character of his and the film is expected to be a full fledged comedy with some action sequences. Ramya Krishnan will be playing the role of Kamal’s wife in the film. Kamal Hassan and Shruti will play the father-daughter duo on screen for the first time. Comedian Brahmanandam has also been roped in recently for this project.
Legendary music director Illayaraja will be teaming up with Kamal after 11 years to compose music for this film. ‘Thoongavanam’ director Rajesh M. Selva is roped in to be the executive producer while the movie is being produced under Hassan’s home banner, Raaj Kamal Films. The story and screenplay for the film will be by the maestro Kamal Hassan himself.
