3. Walking can help a lot. You need to take at least 10,000 steps a day that is equal to 50-60 minutes of brisk walking.

4. Snacking is something that we cannot avoid. But you can choose a healthy option such as fresh fruit or low-calorie yogurts instead of chocolates or crisps.
