7 Easy Recipies For Thirst Quenchers!

STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE

Luscious red berries and chilled yoghurt make a cool combo smoothie

 Strawberry-

 

Ingredients

2 cups yoghurt

1½ cups of strawberries

5 cups water

Tang powder lemon or orange flavour

1 tsp vanilla essence

Method

  • Wash the fruit and place all the ingredients in a liquidizer bowl and blend.
  • Pour into a glass pitcher and serve in tall glasses
