Here’s How You Can Make Your Own Maggi Masala!

Healthy Home Made Maggi in 4 easy Steps!

If you are one of those people who thought life ended when there was a maggi ban, we have good news for you. Maggi is yummy but let’s agree that we are not entirely sure about how safe it is. What if we told you that there was a way to enjoy your favorite Maggi without the doubts of it being harmful. Make your own Maggi masala and cook your own Maggi with noodles of your choice.

Here’s what you will need:

1 Teaspoon Corn Flour

1/2 Teaspoon Aamchoor  Powder(Dry Mango)

2 Teaspoons Onion Powder

1 Teaspoon Pepper Powder

1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder

¼ teaspoon fenugreek (methi) powder

1 teaspoon red chilli powder

1 teaspoon cumin (jeera) powder

2 teaspoons red chilli flakes

½ teaspoon turmeric (haldi) powder

1 teaspoon pepper powder

1½ teaspoon garam masala

4 teaspoons sugar

1½ teaspoon salt

Step 1: Take all the above ingredients and blend them together using a dry grinder.

Step 2: Store it in an air tight sealed container. You can store this Masala for up to 45 days, refrigerated.

Take noodles of your choice and simply cook like how you would make your regular maggi. Add this home made Maggi Masala to the noodles. And your home made healthy MSG free Maggi is ready to be served!
