Vignesh Shivan and Nayanthara met on the sets of Naanum Rowdy Dhaan and fell in love with each other! After 6 years of being in a relationship, the couple tied the knot in the month of June this year. The couple then went to Thirupathi for a small pilgrimage and then headed to Thailand for their Honeymoon. After spending some time together, both of them dived deep into work. In spite of their busy schedules, however, the couple took some time off and travelled to Valencia and Ibiza and spent almost 15 days in both places.

For the unversed, Nayanthara’s wedding Documentary is directed by Gautam Vasudev Menon. Recently, the director said that the film is more of a documentary on the actress Nayanthara, and less about the wedding. He expressed his excitement about working on Nayanthara’s documentary titled, ‘Nayanthara: Beyond The Fairytale’. “Many initially thought that I’m directing their wedding movie but it is a documentary with Netflix that will be all about Nayanthara. She is called Lady Superstar for a reason and we are living up to it. Right from her childhood journey to now, we have included everything. You will get to see a lot of childhood photos, and moments of her also. Vignesh is also a part of it. We are still working on it,” revealed the director.

Now, Netflix has officially released the teaser of the Documentary helmed by GVM. The teaser, which is released on Netflix India’s official YouTube page, shows Nayanthara’s wedding preparations. She is seen saying. “When it all started, I had no idea how it would be. I was not a filmy kid. I’m just a normal girl who wants to give her hundred percent in whatever she does.” There are also cute and romantic shots of the couple hugging and enjoying each other’s company. Watch teaser here:

Nayanthara entered the film industry way back in 2003 with Sathyan Anthikad’s Malayalam film ‘Manassinakkare’. As a Malayali, she entered the Mollywood industry first, and then entered the Tamil film industry only with ‘Ayya’ in 2005. She rose to fame with films like Chandramukhi, Vallavan and Billa. Now, she has a huge fan following in the Tamil film industry and is one of the leading actors in the industry. On the work front, this Kollywood star is all set to make her Bollywood debut with Atlee’s Jawaan, who is acting opposite Shah Rukh Khan. The actor, who was last seen in O2, is awaiting the release of ‘Gold’ along with Prithiviraj Sukumaran in Malayalam. Meanwhile, she is filming for a number of films including, ‘Iraivan’, and ‘Godfather’. Vignesh Shivan, on the other hand, is working on Ajith’s AK 62. If reports are to be believed, he is still finishing the script for the film while the actor is shooting for his 61st film with H Vinoth.
