Physical health play a major role on how we feel. Move your body, going for a walk even in your backyard or terrace can really help you lift your mood. Try to eat healthy, have a balanced diet and stay hydrated. Don’t compromise your sleep. You don’t need to do this alone. Seek for medical and professional help if you are experiencing an escalation of anxiety. Therapists are available online anytime and hence make wise use of the resources.
