Sai Pallavi To Take A Break From Acting? Find Out Why!

Report!

Sai Pallavi, a doctor by education, entered the film industry in 2005 with the Tamil film Kasthuri Maan, in which she did an uncredited role. She did another uncredited role in Jayam Ravi starrer Dhaam Dhoom, which also came out in 2005. Her first performance as a lead was in Alphonse Puthren’s Premam, in which she played the lead opposite Nivin Pauly as Malar Teacher. She quickly rose to fame with Premam and then did Kali, also in Malayalam. In 2017, she entered the Tollywood industry with Fidaa and then did Middle-Class Abbayi as well. She came back to Tamil cinema, with Diya, a movie that did not do that well. She then did Maari 2 and won hearts as Araathu Anandhi. She is now successfully doing films in Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu.

The Shyam Singha Roy, who was last seen in Gargi, has not signed up for any other film in recent times. If reports are to be believed, the actress has apparently taken a small break from acting. Some rumours suggest that she is currently building a big hospital on several acres in Coimbatore. In order to concentrate on this project, she has apparently cut down on many of her acting assignments. She has speculatively decided to contribute more to the public and put her education to good use. However, we still do not know how much of this is true.

Sai Pallavi was first introduced into the film industry after her tryst with dancing. She came as the finalist of Vijay TV’s Ungalil Yaar Adutha Prabhudeva. She also came as the 3rd runner-up of a Telugu dance show Dhee 4. In 2021, she gave 2 hits in Telugu with Shyam Singha Roy and Love Story. Her role as Maitreyi in Shyam Singha Roy is still being spoken about. This year, she acted in Venu Udugula’s Virata Parvam and Gautham Ramachandran’s Gargi. Both of these films were women-centric ones.
