Here are a few ways to cure it
Ginger: Take small pieces of ginger and boil it in water. Take the juice extract and add a little honey and turmeric and drink it like tea. You can also take a small spoon of ginger paste mix it with honey and eat it.
Herb water: Cumin, basil seeds, sombhu
Boil 2-3 glasses of water with one spoon of each cumin and sombhu, and a quarter spoon of basil seeds. Filter and drink the water throughout the day or one glass at least a day. If you don’t like the combination you can also make them separately and consume.
Add two cardamom to your water bottle. This really offers good relief for everyday.
Multigrain products might cause acidity. Avoid wheat dishes for a month and see if your acidity is reduced
Lactase inadequacy in few people might cause indigestion of milk. You might be lactose intolerant, if so, dairy products like your regular tea, coffee, panneer might be causing your acidity. Prevent it for a month to check if this is the cause behind your discomfort.
