- Chocolate bar 1 (100g)
- Egg whites 3
- Powdered sugar ½ cup
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Coffee vodka ⅓ cup (optional)
- Melt chocolate bar in the microwave for 30 seconds on 800 degrees or place a vessel on a pan filled with water and melt chocolate bar slowly on simmer till it has no chunks.
- In a separate bowl, pour in egg whites and whip for 10 minutes before adding powdered sugar and last cream. If you’re adding the liquor, add 2 more tablespoons of powdered sugar in addition to the half cup.
- Whip in the chocolate and whip the mixture till no air bubbles form. Place in fridge for 1 hour and serve chilled.
