- Basa fillet 3 pieces
- Butter 125 g
- Garlic peeled 6 pods
- Coriander, optional
- Salt to taste
- Take the peeled garlic and crush it with a knife blade well before you cut it, letting the juice flow.
- Marinate the basa fillets well with the garlic and add salt, and coriander.
- Fry the fish in butter on a pan with a lid on for 10 minutes, till the fish starts shrinking. Turn over each side. Serve hot. If using an oven, preheat to 350 degrees and cook fish for about 15-20 minutes and serve hot.
