Butter Fish Fillet Recipe in 3 Steps!

Ingredients

  • Basa fillet 3 pieces
  • Butter 125 g
  • Garlic peeled 6 pods
  • Coriander, optional
  • Salt to taste

 

Method

  1. Take the peeled garlic and crush it with a knife blade well before you cut it, letting the juice flow.
  2. Marinate the basa fillets well with the garlic and add salt, and coriander.
  3. Fry the fish in butter on a pan with a lid on for 10 minutes, till the fish starts shrinking. Turn over each side. Serve hot. If using an oven, preheat to 350 degrees and cook fish for about 15-20 minutes and serve hot.
