Fondly known as the God of Cricket by his fans, the sportsman has been diagnosed with COVID he has confirmed this news on his social media platforms. “I have been testing myself and taking all the recommended precautions to ensure Covid is kept at bay. However, I have tested positive today following mild symptoms,” Tendulkar tweeted. “All others at home have tested negative. I have quarantined myself at home and I am following all the necessary protocols as advised by my doctors.”

Similarly this week, actors Aamir Khan and Madhavan had also been tested positive for COVID. With the highest number of cases in Maharashtra, more precautions are being taken in the cities of Mumbai and Pune where all of the above public figures reside.
