Starting out as a serial actress who was seen in the series Vamsam alongside Ramya Krishnan, Reshma Pasupuleti is born to a Telugu film producer. The popularity of the show made her choose films as her lead career. Reshma then made her acting debut with the film Masala Padam alongside Bobby Simha and Mirchi Shiva. She then went on to do yet another role in the film Ko 2 but rose to popularity only after she donned the comical role of Pushpa in Velai Nu Vandhutta Velaikaran alongside actor Soori.

Reshma won hearts with her attitude and personality with her participation in the reality show Bigg Boss hosted by Kamal Haasan. Reshma has ever since been in the limelight ever since and her personal life has been under scrutiny. Reshma had talked about her personal life while she was in the show. She talked about her first marriage which was arranged which never worked out. She later married another person in the USA but that it did not work out unfortunately and the couple parted ways. Soon, the followers concluded that she was in love and that she is all set to tie the knot.
