5 Fitness Secrets Anushka Shetty Follows!

She is a star!

Name a star who has done multiple women-centric roles and the first name that strikes is Anushka Shetty. From ‘Rudrammadevi’ to ‘Bhagamathie’, Anushka Shetty has her own fan base for her films and honestly, she could effortlessly carey any film on her shoulder and even if the actress is a part of a multistarrer film, she makes sure she shines out. But, Anushka Shetty is more than a star, her first love as she quotes it, is fitness. Mind you, fitness doesn’t mean slender and lean body type. Fitness means healthy and strong body, the shape of a body has got nothing to do with the healthiness of it.

Anushka Shetty is a huge Yoga enthusiast and has been a celebrity Yoga instructer to multiple Tollywood celebrities. Apart from that, the actress makes sure to hit the gym several times a week. Here are five times the actress gave us major fitness goals:

1. Yoga

Anushka began her career as a Yoga instructor. She has been an ardent follower of Yoga ever since she was a young adult. Before entering films, Yoga meant everything to the actress.

2. Workout rigorously

Anushka is all about working out rigorously. Afer she entered the film industry, she made sure that her stamina level improves. Hence, she works out for 30 continuous minutes everyday post her yoga session to make sure she builds her stamina level.

3. Water, water and loads of water

Anushka believes that the way to the healthiest body, skin and hair is to drink the required amount of water your body yearns for. The ‘Singam’ actress reportedly drinks six litres of water a day.

4. Healthy eating is everything

Her secret to a glowing skin is to have a generous amount of honey everyday morning in an empty stomach or along with her choice of bread. Honey is best known for its topical treatment. The ingredient keeps skin soft and supple.

5. Adhering to time

Anushka makes sure that she has her dinner by 8 PM everyday. It is the healthiest to finish off your dinner 2-3 hours before going to bed. This adds to a good digestive system and strong overall fitness.
