Ever since the demise of J Jayalalithaa, several filmmakers were keen to do a movie on her. Filmmaker Priyadarshini announced one and it was made official that Nithya Menen would play the lead. The first look poster, which was released on the death anniversary of the former Chief Minister, was realistic and has increased the film’s expectations.
