Actress Raashii Khanna’s social media posts are all about showing her real side. Her Instagram is filled with posts on self love and wellness. What we specifically love about her is how she shares the food she indulges in but at the same time, is very meticulous about exercise.  Her red carpet looks are a testament to how she balances her diet with exercise but doesn’t compromise on the things she loves.

In a society  that’s constantly telling you what to eat, diets to follow et al, it’s refreshing to see actresses eat ‘ normal’ food like us. The diet culture is not a healthy alternative. A sustainable diet is the only one that will give you health benefits. Telling others to not eat has been normalised in the society and many people don’t know the negative impact they have on the other person.
