Visaranai meaning interrogation is about how homeless people are picked up by the police and beaten up until they confess to a crime that they did not commit. Attakathi Dinesh and Samuthirakani were highly appreciated for their performances in this film.
2023 has been a year of blockbuster massy films, but the true winners this year are movies like these, narratives that leave an impact, and emotions so raw and real, that you are instantly connected.
At 2 hours and 45 minutes, the film did seem dragged in the second half, but at the same time, it’s packed with twists and turns and unexpected revelations.
