The statement read, “WE REGRET TO INFORM OUR BELOVED AUDIENCE THAT WE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO RELEASE SHAAKUNTALAM THIS 17TH OF FEBRUARY, WE WOULD BE ANNOUNCING THE RELEASE DATE SOON. The film is about Shakuntala’s fight for her love and the repercussions she has to face for the same.Samantha has started shooting for her upcoming film, Citadel India, co-starring Varun Dhawan. The shooting of Kushi, which was halted due to Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s health issues, has resumed recently. Directed by Shiva Nirvana, Kushi marks the second collaboration with the Arjun Reddy star Vijay Deverakonda. The film is expected to be released very soon.
