It was a moment of celebration for filmmaker Atlee, who welcomed his first child, a baby boy with his wife Priya. The couple announced their pregnancy in December 2022, which left their fans excited. After the pregnancy announcement, Atlee and Priya took to social media and shared the arrival of their little child, a baby boy with a beautiful picture.

In the first picture, Atlee and Priya lay on a bed as they each hold tiny shoes in their hands. The duo looked at each other as they smiled. The words ‘it’s a boy’ was written on the picture. The second picture showed the couple smiling for the camera. They also held each other while twinning in cream outfits for a photo shoot.

Atlee is a renowned filmmaker, primarily in the Kollywood industry, and is known for his hit films like Raja Rani, Mersal, and Bigil among others. He is set to direct a film titled Jawan, with Bollywood king Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara in the lead roles. The movie is set to release in June 2023 in five languages including Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam. The film is bankrolled by Shah Rukh Khan’s home banner Red Chillies Entertainment.
