We would have hoped for Tharshan and Sherin to come together for a film or Losliya and Kavin to crack up their chemistry. However, the latest news confirms that Tharshan has been paired up with Losliya for their next film and fans are really excited. Veteran director KS Ravikumar is all set to produce and feature in the Tamil remake of superhit Mollywood film Android Kunjappan.
Directed by Ratheesh Balakrishnan Poduval, the sci-fi comedy-drama is reported to be inspired by the English movie Robot and Frank. While Sooraj Thalekkad was seen playing the role of a robot named Kunjappan, Suraj Venjaramoodu was seen as an elderly man and it is expected that KS Ravikumar will play the role in Tamil. Bijibal composed music for the film and all the songs turned out to be huge hits.
The film has also been remade in Telugu and titled Android Kuttappa. It is touted to have a theatrical release soon.
