“Not So Delicate”: Samantha Flaunts Her Muscles After Being Called Weak!

Power Through!

Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu just saw the release of her film Yashoda directed by the Hari-Harish duo. Before the release of the film, she also took the internet by storm by announcing that she was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease called Myositis. She broke down on camera in an interview before the movie’s release, when she shared about her struggle with the condition. However, she has been working diligently in spite of her medical issue.

Recently, Samantha was called weak for her health condition Myositis and now she has replied subtly with her Instagram story. Samantha wrote, “Not so delicate (smiling face with horns emoji) @junais.shaikh88.” She also added the hashtag–if I can you can. Samantha wore a pink and brown top as she showed off her muscles. The actor posed with one of her fists near her face and her elbow resting on a piece of equipment. Samantha seemingly smiled as she looked at the mirror in front of her. Her fitness trainer Junaid Shaikh smiled as he clicked the picture.

The story comes a week after the news portal took to Twitter and shared her pictures from the trailer launch of her upcoming film Shaakuntalam and made a comment on her. The tweet read, “Feeling sad for Samantha. She lost all her charm and glow. When everyone thought she came out of divorce strongly and her professional life is seeing heights, Myositis hit her badly, making her weak again.” Samantha, who is unfazed by all the negativity coming her way, retweeted the post with a caption that read: “I pray you never have to go through months of treatment and medication like I did… And here’s some love from me to add to your glow.”

Samantha, after the release of Yashoda, is awaiting the release of Shaakuntalam. The film, directed by Gunasekhar, is a Telugu mythological film based on Kalidasa’s Shaakuntalam. The film also stars Dev Mohan, Mohan Babu, Aditi Balan and Ananya Nagalla in titular roles. Samantha has been on a signing spree in recent times. Even while she awaits the release of Shaakunthalam, she is working on other projects and is also signing a few more.
