Majili Movie Review: Beautiful Emotions and Witty Humour Completes This Film!

Wonderful film!

Cast: Naga Chaitanya, Samantha Akkineni

Director: Shiva Nirvana

This couple is known to create history onscreen. After their first ye Maya chesave and manam the duo completes their hattrick with majili. Directed by Shiva nirvana whose first film ninnu Kori was a huge hit, Shiva proves his mark yet again with his signature style of story telling that caters to all age group audience. Majili is a humble story of poorna (Naga chaitanya) a cricketer and his journey through the sport that’s filled with it’s share of politics. In the first half Anshu (Divyansha Kaushik) plays the perfect vibrant, possessive girlfriend. Whereas Samantha plays the perfect understanding, yet independent wife.

The beauty of the film is casting and the characterisation. The journey of poorna is beautifully narrated through the supporting characters played by Rao ramesh (father) posani murali Krishna (Samantha’s father character).

The cinematographer Vishnu does his magic with the visuals, whereas thaman compliments it with the perfect bgm. Gopi sundar who also did the music of ninnu Kori, recreates musical magic with majili. lifelines to this story. A special mention to ‘Yedetthu Mallele’ sung by Kala Bhairava and Nikhita Gandhi

Majili is an experience drapped in witty humour and filled with human emotions. For Naga chaitanya this is by far his best performance.
