Kamal Opens Up About His Split With Live-in Partner Gautami!

Kamal Haasan’s personal life has been in the public eye for a long time now. Kamal who started out his career in films as a child artist, attained stardom early in his life. Kamal has been a man of words and has never failed to express his thoughts in public forums. His modern approach to relationships and marriage has always been a topic of interest among the film fraternity.

His live-in partner for 11 years, Gautami has announced that the couple are no longer together and have separated. She said it was the most difficult and devastating decision she had to make in her life. The veteran actress had pointed out difference of opinion between them is the reason for the split.

Gautami broke the news on her blog and posted the same on Twitter. Kamal Haasan has now opened up about the slpit, this is what he had to say:

 

'Whatever gives her comfort and solace is fine by me. My feelings at the moment are of no importance. What matters is that Gautami and Subbu should be comfortable and happy. I wish them all the best and want them to know I am there for them whenever they need me. I am blessed with three daughters — Shruti, Akshara and Subbulakshmi. I consider myself the luckiest father in the world.'
