Bigg Boss Weekend: Let’s Not Do To Julie What Gayathri And Sakthi Did To Oviya!

I think its time!

While we discussed mental illness last week, today it’s time to talk about the same but for a different contestant. Yes, it’s about Juliana or Julie one of the most hated contestants in the Bigg Boss House. She has done some of the nastiest things we would have ever seen. She backstabbed those that stood by her and befriended those that backstabbed her. However, what we must start realizing now is the life of her post-Bigg Boss. She is a 23-year-old immature, young woman from a village who has come with dreams of getting into the media industry.

We all, as an audience, must give her a second chance to learn, to grow, to be honest, and most of all, learn to be good. I read this rather interesting message that has been doing the rounds. Shenbagaraj Ganesalingam, a musician from Chennai put up this beautiful message that made a lot of sense: it basically spoke the hard-hitting reality.

The message reads, “Okay, I found Julie irritating too. I never liked her too. But when she walked out of the stage last night, I was literally sitting right there. The helpless look on her face I’ll never forget. For all that she has done on the show, we have voted her out. It’s done. She has a life to live now. Most importantly, she doesn’t have the kind of shield that every other contestant has in the outside world. She doesn’t have many things to fall back into. She is from a very ordinary family and is obviously not mature enough to handle this kind of hatred.”

“Yes, we love Oviya and we hate Julie. But every day we forgive our friends, our brothers, even our enemies. Hell, we forgive the damn politicians who make our life miserable. Let’s not do to Julie what Gayathri and Shakthi did to Oviya. This is very important as this resentment is the kind of thing that push people into depression and worse. We all learn from our mistakes. Let’s wish Julie the best. Live and let live!”

I was quite adamant about meeting Julie and giving her a tight slap until I read this message which made a lot of sense. Life is all about giving second chances and at some point in our lives we will not even want to talk about her. Ignorance is always better than discouragement. She is starting her journey and starting with so much negativity will never help her character grow for better.
