Aishwarya Rajesh Is Unrecongisable In Her Next Film!

Actress Aishwarya Rajesh has proved her mettle as an actress ever since she made her debut. This 28-year-old actress is all set to impress with her next film Kanaa, which will be actor Sivakarthikeyan’s maiden venture as a producer. The film’s first-look was out and features the actress looking intense, along with a partial image of Sathyaraj, famous for playing Katappa in the Baahubali films.

With the tagline ‘Dream Big’, the motion poster features Aishwarya’s character first seen in a village field and then suddenly looking wide-eyed at a cricket stadium. It then shifts to her character dressed in the Indian cricket team jersey, with a look of determination on her face.

Directed by Arunraja Kamraj, the film will be about a young girl who aspires to be a cricketer. Actor Darshan will also be seen in the film apart from Sathyaraj, who is essaying an important role. Music will be composed by Dhibu Ninan Thomas, while dop Dinesh Krishnan is cranking the camera. Produced under the banner Sivakarthikeyan Productions, this sports drama is expected to release later this year.

The team had wrapped the film’s first schedule in Trichy in March.

Arjunraja, who wrote popular songs like ‘Nerupu da’ for Rajinikanth in Kabali and ‘Kattravai Pattravai’ in Kaala makes his directorial debut with this one.

Meanwhile, Aishwarya, who won Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Actress for her performance in Kaaka Muttai, has a slew of projects in the pipeline including Mani Ratnam’s Chekka Chivantha Vaanam, AL Vijay’s Lakshmi, Gautham Menon’s Dhruva Natchathiram, Vetrimaaran’s Vada Chennai, and others.
