Nilambari is probably the best character played by Ramya Krishnan. Nilambari is the scary, never-giving-up, brooding villain of the Tamil movie, Padayappa. In this movie, she makes sure that she is a fitting villain for Rajnikanth. Ramya Krishnan not only exhibited her acting skills in Padayappa but also made full use of her Bharathanatyam as well. Her role received many appreciations from critics all over. She even won the Filmfare Award for Best Actress award for her glorious role.
