Manjima Mohan is the latest sensation in the Tamil industry. Manjima is the lead heroine in Gautam Menon’s Simbu starrer, Achcham Enbadhu Madamaiyada, which has music by A.R. Rahman. She looks like a promising talent from the trailers and song promos of the film. Manjima hails from Palakkad in Kerala and started acting acting at the age of 5. She began her career in films as a child artiste in Malayalam movies like, Kaliyoonjal, where she appeared as the younger version of Shobana’s character.
Manjima won the Kerala State Film Award for Best Child Artiste for her role in the film Madhuranombarakattu. She hosted the popular call in show for children, Hai Kids.
Manjima studied Mathematics from the prestigious Stella Maris College in Chennai.
She debuted as heroine in Malayalam in 2015 with Nivin Pauly’s Oru Vadakkan Selfie. The film turned out be one of the blockbusters of the year.

Manjima was finalized for the role in Achcham Enbadhu Madamaiyada, after an audition.
The film is simultaneously shot in Telugu as Sahasam Swasaga Sagipo and that will mark Manjima’s Telugu debut. In the Telugu version she is paired opposite Naga Chaitanya.
