Master directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj is all set to release in theatres on the auspicious occasion of Pongal and as the fans eagerly await, actors are busy promoting the film on social media. We see Malavika Mohanan promoting out and about in Mumbai meanwhile those in Chennai have been doing the same on social media. Master will not have an official trailer release and instead two new promos from the film has been doing the rounds and winning hearts.

Vijay Sethupathi who plays Bhavani the antagonist of the film, has revealed that his mother was eager to meet Thalapathy Vijay. The actor then took her to the shooting spot and had her meet the Nanban actor. They infact even clicked a picture together.

The first question Sethupathi’s mother asked Vijay was whether or not the former is working and behaving well on sets. To this, Vijay went on praising Sethupathi which made the mother extremely happy. Vijay Sethupathi said he thanked Vijay for the nice gesture.

It was apparently only after that that the picture of Sethupathi kissing Vijay went viral on social media.

The duo’s film Master has Anirudh Ravichander compose music and has Malavika Mohanan, Andrea Jeremiah, Gouri Kishan, Shanthnu Bhagyaraj and Arjun Das playing pivotal roles. The film is slated for a Pongal theatrical release and will clash with Simbu’s most anticipated Eashwaran  starring Nidhi Aggarwal as the female lead.
