On the professional front, Ulaganayagan is busy shooting for Shankar’s next magnum opus Indian 2 and supervising the pre-production of Thalaivan Irukindraan starring Saif Ali Khan where AR Rahman would be seen composing music for the film.

Celebrating 150 years of Mahatma Gandhi, 65 years of Kamal Haasan and 40 years of Kamal’s Raajkamal Films, the production house held a special screening of Hey Ram. During an interactive session with the media, Kamal said, “This film means a lot to me. My belief in Ahimsa and Gandhi only grew stronger when I did this film. This will always be close to my heart. I cannot thank you all for showering so much love on it.”
