Trisha’s First Tweet After A Month!

Actress Trisha deactivated her Twitter account after she got into a controversy over her support for the ban of Jallikattu last month. The animal lover and a member of PETA, Trisha extended her support to the organization’s move which irked the protesters of the ban on Jallikattu movement. When she publicly agreed to support PETA, the ‘Netizens’ on social media started trolling her in the most offensive way. Responding to the on-going situations, Trisha deactivated her account 0n January 14th with a post saying, “Will be de-activating my account until I decide my further course of action.”

Trisha was last seen in the movie ‘Kodi’ alongside Dhanush. Her antagonist role was most appreciated as she portrayed women empowerment in a much different way. She is currently shooting for the above two movies. The movie ’96’ will be a romantic thriller and stars Vijay Sethupathi is being directed by Prem Kumar. While ‘Garjanai’ is a heroine-centric film which is a remake of the Hindi movie ‘NH10’ which starred Anushka Sharma in the lead role.
