Kollywood actress Trisha Krishnan will be uniting with the team of ‘Saamy’ once again for the film ‘Saamy 2’. ‘Saamy’ was a superhit movie which released in the year 2003. It was one of the most successful superhits for Trisha. The actress took it to social media that she will very be a part of this team. The sequel will be directed by none other than the ‘Singam’ fame Hari and will star Chiyaan Vikram. The movie will be produced by Shibu Thameens and the background music will be scored by Harris Jayaraj.

Trisha was last seen in the movie ‘Kodi’ alongside Dhanush. Her antagonist role was most appreciated as she portrayed women empowerment in a much different way. She is currently shooting for the above two movies. The movie ’96’ will be a romantic thriller and stars Vijay Sethupathi is being directed by Prem Kumar. While ‘Garjanai’ is a heroine-centric film which is a remake of the Hindi movie ‘NH10’ which starred Anushka Sharma in the lead role.
