Yes, you heard it right! South-India’s two most famous leading ladies are all set to collaborate but it is not for a movie if that’s what you are thinking. Yet again another movie is to be made with the names of the South Indian stars, Trisha and Nayanthara. Debutant director Shiva is to make a movie with the title ‘Trisha Irukkumbothey Nayanthara’. According to the filmmaker the movie will be a “heroine-centric film and a full-fledged healthy comedy.”

Not long ago, Adhik Ravichandran made the famous Tamil adult-comedy movie, ‘Trisha Illana Nayanthara’. The movie featured GV Prakash, Anandhi and Manisha Yadhav in the lead with Simran playing a cameo. When asked about the connection to the 2015 movie, Shiva said, “There’s no adult content at all. The title is meant for creating curiosity only. Those days, men with two wives led a happy life without much confusion. My story deals how in today’s scenario, it is difficult for a man to handle family life with even a single wife! I have narrated it in a humorous way without going overboard.” 

The distributor-turned-director is yet to take permission from Trisha and Nayanthara for using their names. Shiva has just registered the title with the council and will soon talk to the actresses regarding the clearance. “We are approaching a few A-list actresses and will finalize the cast in a week’s time. Talks are on with Ramya Nambeesan for one of the lead roles too,” says Shiva.
