Nayanthara was last seen along with her Husband Vignesh Shivan in Valencia, Spain. Before and after this vacation, the O2 actress is flying across India to balance her shoots. She is mainly shooting for Atlee’s Jawaan, starring Shah Rukh Khan in the lead role. Actor Vijay Sethupathi is also roped in for the film, and the first round of shooting for the film concluded in Mumbai. Now, the team has come to Chennai for a shoot.

The latest update is that a Bollywood actress is a part of the film. The actress is none other than Deepika Padukone. More so, she has now travelled along with Shah Rukh Khan to Chennai to complete her part of the shoot. It is reported that Yogi Babu and Priyamani are also a part of the film. There is speculation that Vijay is also a part of the film for a cameo. If this is true, then he is said to be shooting for his parts next week.

Apart from Jawaan, Deepika who was last seen in Gehraiyaan, is now working on a number of films. She is filming for Pathaan, directed by Siddharth Anand and co-starring Shah Rukh Khan. She is also filming for a Telugu-Hindi bilingual film Project K, directed by Nag Ashwin. That film has an ensemble cast including Amitabh Bachan and Prabhas, amongst others. Apart from this, she is playing a cameo in Cirkus, starring Ranveer Singh and Pooja Hegde.

Nayanthara, who was last seen in O2, is awaiting the release of ‘Gold’ along with Prithiviraj Sukumaran in Malayalam. Meanwhile, she is filming for a number of films including, ‘Iraivan’, ‘Connect’ and ‘Godfather’. Godfather is the official remake of the Malayalam film Lucifer, where Chiranjeevi is reprising the role of Mohan Lal in Telugu.  She is also all set to make her Bollywood debut with Atlee’s Jawan.
