After his massive physical transformation, Simbu has been quite active on social media voicing his opinion and sharing movie related information. In a recent, the actor has also commented on his favourite actor Rajinikanth’s political exit.
In his tweet, Simbu wrote, “Good decision by thalaivar super star @rajinikanth no matter what we always love you thalaiva, and keep entertain us life long ❤️.”
Actress Khushbu, director Karthik Subbaraj also acknowledged Rajinikanth’s move.

It was in December that the actor finally announced to entering politics and beginning is political career from 2021. After finishing the shooting for his last film Annathae the actor was to completely concentrate on his political career.
For the past ten days, Rajinikanth had been shooting for Annathae in Hyderabad. In the location, four of them including the actor’s makeup artist were tested positive for COVID after which the shooting was immediately stalled. Rajinikanth was then tested negative and showed no symptoms until this morning when the actor felt exhaustion as a result of which he had a fluctuation in blood pressure.
Eventually the doctors in Hyderabad were able to stabilise the actor’s blood pressure, however, he has been asked to take complete rest and take care of his health.
As a result of that, Rajinikanth has now released an official statement reading that he would not be making a political entry as he is not capable of taking care of a system under weak health circumstances.
Mr. Rajinikanth said the stoppage of the shooting of his film Annaththe due to COVID-19 has led to losses of several crores of rupees for the producer Sun Pictures and job losses for several others.
“The reason for all this is my health condition,” the superstar admitted candidly.
“If I enter politics, I will have to meet thousands, even lakhs of people while campaigning. Even within a tight setup where only 120 people were at the shooting spot, people were affected by COVID-19 and I had to spend three days in the hospital. Even if a vaccine comes, I am on Immuno Suppresant medicines and if some health issues arise for me while campaigning, it would put those who are with me on this political journey in a very tight spot and lead to untold miseries for them,” Mr. Rajinikanth said.
It was three years ago when Rajinikanth had made an official announcement that he would be entering into Spiritual politics for the welfare of his people.
