TRENDING: Samantha’s father pens an emotional note about her Divorce!

Emotional!

It is now going to be a year since Samantha and Naga Chaitanya announced their separation in October 2021. In a recent interview, when asked if he would be acting with Samantha, Naga Chaitanya said, “That’s gonna be crazy if it happens. But I don’t know, only the universe knows. Let’s see.”

Speaking about the extensive Media coverage about his and Samantha’s separation, the ThankYou actor said, “We both came out and put our statements and we both have immense respect for each other. I always look up to what she is doing. And there will always be great respect for her. That’s about it. We said what we have too. Beyond that, it’s just people trying to fill up columns and there’s nothing else. I mean I’m bored of it. I have been through three releases and  I’m still attached to it.”

Now, Samantha’s father Joseph Prabhu shared a series of Facebook photos of the two and penned an emotional note.”LONG LONG AGO; THERE WAS A STORY; AND IT DOESN’T EXIST ANYMORE !!! SO, LET’S START A NEW STORY; AND A NEW CHAPTER !!!”He also wrote in the comment section of his post, “THANKS FOR ALL YOUR FEELINGS. YES, I SAT DOWN FOR A LONG TIME TO OVERCOME THE EMOTIONS. LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO SIT DOWN WITH FEELINGS & GET BOGGED DOWN.”

On the work front, Naga Chaithanya just saw the release of Thank You and Laal Singh Chadda, Aamir Khan’s remake of Forrest Gump. He is also working on an untitled Venkat Prabhu film simultaneously shot in Telugu and Tamil. Samantha on the other hand, is working on Kushi co-starring Vijay Deverakonda. She recently made an appearance on the Koffee with Karan season 7 trailer, and created a buzz for her statements. It is also reported that she is in the talks for the Hindi film ‘Immortal Ashwatthama’, starring Vicky Kaushal. She is reported to be headlining a film that is to be produced by Taapsee Pannu.
