It was earlier rumoured that Vishal and Varalaxmi had been dating for few years but due to family differences, the couple had to break up. Although the ex-couple has always denied these, they have publically expressed their fondness for each other.

After Vishal announced his wedding with Anisha Alla, the rumours died down.
