It had then been reported that the actress was tested COVID positive immediately after the imprisonment news came out. According to the recent update, Radikaa had been tested positive for COVID-19. Sarathkumar and Radikaa have filed an appeal seeking a stay of the sentence.
Radikaa and Sarathkumar have been campaigning actively across Tamil Nadu for the past few weeks. Earlier, Sarathkumar was diagnosed with coronavirus a month ago and he recovered.
